Kaya’s Frozen Berry Yogurt Bites
Ingredients
3 cups berry whole milk-yogurt
Fresh raspberries and blueberries
Granola
Equipment
Mini muffin pan
Mini muffin liners
Directions
Line a mini muffin pan with mini cupcake liners.
Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons of the yogurt into each liner, filling 3/4th full.
Top with fresh berries and sprinkle on a little granola over each one.
Freeze overnight and enjoy the next day!
Did You Know: Berries were a staple of the Nez Percé diet. They were eaten fresh and dried as part of their winter food supply. The huckleberry was the most popular, and Kaya would have helped gather them in the mountains in late July.
